As both staff member and founding overseer, Stuart is responsible for helping create, direct, and ensure the overall vision for Radius Greenville. He serves as a primary teacher within all Radius contexts. He is a co-teacher of Blueprint, with an additional focus on continued development, implementation, and oversight of the process as a whole. Stuart also devotes considerable energy to equipping communities in whatever they may need to fully embody Jesus’ church. He does all this through his primary gifting of teaching and apostleship. Few people are as playful and yet intense as Stuart. He, his wife Greta, and their three children have made immeasurable impact on the people of Radius.
Bree works on staff to oversee general operations within equipping, shepherding, and uniting, focusing mainly on their development, structure, and efficiency. Bree is involved in the implementation and evaluation of most of what we do on the congregational level, and we regularly draw upon her strengths in breaking down abstract vision into concrete, actionable steps. She serves our body with gifts of operational leadership, administration, and pastoral leadership, so she also loves our body by maintaining relationships with the female leaders of the Radius Network to support their spiritual, emotional, and physical health. Bree and her husband Tyler have 3 children, and bring a special panache to the table with multiple giftings in different areas.
As one of Radius’ founding overseers, Steve has a shepherd’s heart that desires for our Radius family to deeply know and love our Lord–the chief shepherd and overseer of our souls, who as we abide in Him, creates the fruit of love that unites us as a church and sends us into the world, which God “so loved.” You’ll often see Steve sitting on the steps of the gathering or at the margins of wherever the church is gathered, having a one-on-one conversation, putting another person first. He and his wife Steffany have a son and another on the way!
Matt has been an overseer since 2014. His passion and drive is to know God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and disciple others into knowing Him such that they themselves will disciple others into knowing Him. He and his wife Megan, alongside their four children, bring a tremendous amount of life and energy to our body as community leaders and disciple‑makers.
Sarah is a whirlwind of administrative, catch-all, communicative excellence. In addition to being responsible for Radius’ practical communication, she also works to make the gathering happen as she schedules volunteers, gathers supplies, and contributes whatever is needed to ensure our body meets week after week. These are the same strengths she applies in her responsibility for executing events at Radius. An incredibly talented musician, she also often leads musical worship for us at the gathering. Sarah and her husband Brandon have twin girls and live near Downtown Greenville.
Blake was one of Radius’ founding overseers. While working as a web developer and traditional artist, Blake has served Radius in a variety of capacities, including community leader, gathering teacher, and musician. He operates primarily from a teaching and prophetic gifting. His desire for himself and for our body is that we would all know God intimately and experience life in relationship with Him, living lives full of affection for Him, preferring Him to all things. Along with so many Bible-lovers in our body, Blake brings an exacting eye to our body’s faithfulness to scripture and sound doctrine. He and his wife Amaris lead the Eliakim community and also serve in prayer ministry to the Radius body.
Brent’s primary staff role is Gathering Director, which means he is responsible for the gathering being pulled off each week. He operates primarily out of the gift of operational leadership as he oversees all the different teams and people involved in the gathering. Additionally, Brent oversees the facilities we use and all building projects we take on. He lives in Travelers Rest with his wife Amanda and their two children. Brent disdains texting, will ask you incisive questions to show you how deeply he cares about you, will tell it to you like it is, then give you a memorably strong hug.
